At Thread Rain, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right. You can request a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong size.
  • The item is damaged or defective.
  • You received an incorrect item.

Returns:

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return the item(s) for a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
    • In their original packaging with tags still attached.
    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made products

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions on where to send your item(s).
  3. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges:

  • If you need a different size or color, please feel free to reach out to us directly on our WhatsApp number for prompt assistance.

Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in the order.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
